These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, as well as any part of this website. This website may be decommission or suspended at anytime, this will not affect any order you have previously placed. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Prices - All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Website prices may vary from in store prices. Prices are subject change e.g. to account for changes in VAT.
Products - While every care is taken to produce accurate images, colours & descriptions actual products may vary slightly. Descriptions are based on information that we receive from the supplier.
Orders - We can only accept orders while stock is available. We reserve the right to limit stock of certain items. If you request an item that we do not have due to a stocking error we will contact you and offer an alternative. Otherwise the transaction may be cancelled.
If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.
Discount Codes - Any discount codes are for website use only and cannot be used in store. These have solely been created for electronic use on this website.

Returns - You may return any item (excluding underwear) for a full refund of the goods within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached and unused. For gifts being being purchsed for Christmas 2013 we have extended our return times.
Pack your returns securely and post to the address below. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting when returning items in case the parcel goes missing. We do not accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

In store Collection – You may collect your order in store once the order has been placed. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed, providing that your items are in stock and do not have to be ordered directly from the supplier.
